Peter commenced work as a Civil Engineer in the Concrete and Quarrying Industries. He subsequently owned and operated two successful Earthmoving Equipment and Heavy Haulage Hire companies.
In 1980 Peter sold his earthmoving companies and commenced a career in Real Estate. Over the ensuing years Peter was involved as a principal in several Real Estate companies both in Perth and Busselton Western Australia and Singapore (acting for Singaporean clients prior to the hand-over of Hong Kong).
He has dealt in all facets of the Real Estate Industry including Residential and Commercial sales in the Perth Metropolitan area and the South West, Stations, Hotels, Rural and Semi-Rural properties and in recent years has specialized in subdivisional block sales through his ‘One Stop Block Shop’ brand together with englobo sites suitable for future residential development.

Matt has spent over 27 years in the Property Industry (as well as other local and International businesses) , having been co-founder and Director at Sullivan Valuation Services (now Herron Todd White WA) along with Asia Escape Holidays and the Bali International Medical Centre.
Over the last 7 years Matt has specialised in various property developments (both private and syndicated) including projects as small as duplex developments to large land subdivisions. More particularly he has assisted many land acquisitions, being responsible for ascertaining "Highest and Best Use" for sites as well as delivering full Financial Feasibilities and Cash Flow Modelling.
